About
One person, start to finish
No account managers, no handoff to a junior, and no price that depends on what you look like you can afford.
- Free, no obligation
- Written quote before any work
- No lock-in
I'm Caleb. I build custom websites with AI and automation wired in, for businesses that want the site to bring in work rather than just sit there looking tidy.
Why everything is published on this site
Most people I speak to have had a bad run with a web agency. Not usually a catastrophic one — just the ordinary kind. A price that only appeared after a discovery call. A domain registered in someone else's name. A maintenance bill that kept climbing for work nobody could quite point to.
One of my clients came to me after exactly that. Their site had been compromised, getting the domain back cost a small fortune, and the maintenance quoted afterwards was steep enough that they gave up on having a website at all. A working business decided it was easier to have no web presence than to deal with the industry again.
That's most of the reason my prices, my terms and my ownership policy are on this site rather than sent as a PDF once you've already said yes. You can read all of it before you email me, and none of it changes depending on what you look like you can afford.
What working with me actually looks like
You deal with me. I do the design, the build and the automation — there's no account manager in between and nothing gets handed to a junior once the contract is signed. That's the upside of being one person.
The trade-off is that I take on a limited number of projects at a time. If the timing doesn't work I'll say so straight away rather than stringing it out, and if what you need isn't something I'm the right person for, I'll tell you that too.
I build the site and the automation together rather than treating them as separate jobs. A site that looks sharp but leaves enquiries sitting unanswered for three days isn't finished — it's just decorated.
How to start
Send me an email. Tell me what the business does and what isn't working at the moment. I'll come back within one to two business days with either a written quote or a free, no-obligation look at whatever you've got now.
There's no phone number and no booking link on this site on purpose. Everything runs over email so there's a written record of what was agreed — which protects you at least as much as it protects me.

How I work
What usually happens, and what happens here
Not a dig at anyone in particular — these are just the industry habits that cost clients the most, and the ones I've chosen not to have.
The usual way
Working with me
A discovery call before you can get a number, run by someone paid to close you
Email what you need, get a written quote back. No meeting to sit through
“Contact us for a quote” — the price depends on what they think you can pay
Published price ranges. The number doesn't change because of your postcode
The agency holds the domain and hosting, so leaving means starting again
Yours to take whenever you ask — no exit fee, no hostage-taking
Twelve-month minimum contracts with an exit clause you have to go looking for
Month to month, or nothing at all. Cancel by email
You meet the senior, then a junior builds it and an account manager relays messages
You deal with me. I'm the one building it
The site launches and the invoice arrives, then support becomes a new conversation
30 days of post-launch support included in every build, before any retainer
Terms and conditions sent as a PDF once you've already said yes
Terms published on the site, readable before you enquire
